L&T Gardens & Groundworks is looking for a talented and experienced Hard Landscaper to join our friendly team. This role is perfect for someone with solid groundwork and general building expertise who thrives in varied and hands-on projects.

🔨 Job Overview:

As a Hard Landscaper, you'll work on a diverse range of projects, including:

✅ Driveways, patios, and brickwork

✅ All types of fencing

✅ Natural and artificial grass installations

✅ Drainage, pipework, and excavation

✅ Concrete pouring and general groundwork tasks

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in groundwork and landscaping

• Ability to run drainage systems, excavate, and pour concrete

• Excellent timekeeping and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently

• Must have own transportation

• Must live locally to Ashford, Kent
