🚜 Job Title: Manual Labourer (Self-Employed)

📍Location: Ashford, Kent and surrounding areas

🕗 Hours: Typically 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday (weekend work as required)

📜 Contract: Self-employed

L&T Gardens & Groundworks is looking for a hardworking Manual Labourer to join our friendly, professional team. We specialise in high-quality garden and groundwork services, delivering everything from patios and driveways to fencing and landscaping.

🔨 What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting with groundwork, landscaping, and general labouring tasks

• Loading and unloading materials

• Using hand and power tools as required

• Supporting skilled tradespeople on-site

• Keeping work areas clean and safe

  
  

✅ What We're Looking For:

• A reliable and hard-working attitude

• Good physical fitness (this is a hands-on role!)

• Experience in groundworks, landscaping, or construction is a bonus but not essential

• Must have own transport to get to and from sites

• Ability to work on a self-employed basis
