L&T Gardens & Groundworks is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled hard landscaper to join our friendly, hands-on team.
We work on high-quality residential landscaping projects, creating patios, driveways and gardens we’re proud to put our name to. If you enjoy practical work, take pride in a good finish, and want steady work with a decent team — you’ll fit right in.
This role is focused on hard landscaping, not site-based groundworks. No site tickets required — experience and attitude matter more to us.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be involved in a variety of residential projects, including:
Patios, paving and driveways
Brickwork and small masonry works
All types of fencing
Natural turf and artificial grass installation
Drainage, concrete work and excavation as part of landscaping projects
General hard landscaping from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in hard landscaping
Confident with paving, brickwork and fencing
Comfortable carrying out drainage and concrete work where needed
Reliable, hardworking and takes pride in their work
Happy working independently or as part of a small team
Own transport
Based locally to Ashford, Kent
